We went lilstock to try for smuts but just had straps. Few Teignmouth lads fished the pipe over low and had a few to just over 10, my f***ing luck ?

We fish the down at Brean, its rough in close and few reefs out there but mostly mud. Can be a pig to get down to land fish without a rope but can be a very prolific mark.

The Welsh lads been pulling out rays all this week from witches and white light. Seen spotty, thorns, smalleye and blonds. One lad has had a pair of Thorneys both over 12 and a smalleye over 13. Lucky fuckers

29th distant for recreation is removed and I'll definitely be going up the channel

Good luck mate...

I think you actually had to be from Penzance or maybe live in his street to pass the "work for locals" test...lol

We got a bit of that when we came down at first, to or job, in Penzance lol, it's bad in the Cornish enclaves, Redruth, Camborne etc.

Grew up on a London overspill council estate in the 60's alas the need for housing is ongoing.  We're mopping up the shortfall in building by previous governments but if we don't bite the bullet we just push the problems onto our children. The move to online shopping may free up commercial shop type property to give some urban options but we'll still have to build new estates etc. Alas just a reality of life. Maybe a new town with good facilities is better than continually adding estates onto villages and small towns that don't have the infrastructure to support them.

Prior to WW2 the population of Britain was 41 million........today it is 68 million !

In Germany the pre war population was80million.......today it is 83 million !

Have the British all been shagging like rabbits while the Germans went to church or what ?

I think they call having to decimate our green belt and rural places “reaping the whirlwind”

You can tell your pal that almost word for word that is exactly the same story in Thurrock mate, also a conservative controlled council.

What I find the most frustrating is that people keep voting for these pricks and then complaining ? Go figure huh

It was like a certain someone on the covid threads talking about how badly the government was screwing us all over. What the very same government he voted into office. Lol.
