What nicks them? People, or things snatching the catch?

People , been places they shouldn't be , don't get many kills taken by predators as the kill is instant so no noise ,

What do you not like about them?

Tbh there a little bit too fiddley for me as I suffer with bad hands , that and the fact that by the time I've set the trap stabilised the trap then tried disguise the trap so People can't see it it's easier just set a snare , couple mine are from America so the springs are smaller wich is a pain when loading them as there realy tight to get over the center pin (where there fasten together on sides ) I've even set mine on the lightest trigger setting and tried to set them.off when been unstabelised wich results in the trap been knocked over and still not firming, then when on lightest setting and stabilised there seems to be a lot of travel play in the triggers,I like them.for squirrel tho, but on a whole I'd prefer snare where I can

Iv tweaked me triggers mate, small screwdriver into back of clip the holds trigger on to trap, open the clip up a little bit an it do give the triggers less travel or play before firing, an I must say, for all I dont like the tunnels that bought from shop the wee clips in em make a decent difference, but by far an away the best thing of saw an it’s been a great help an now I have to try it with rest of me traps is I had a few traps given to me by Micky on here, an the body grippers have had legs added to either side, so you can slot them straight into ground, even in a plastic bucket I just push Couple holes through the bottom an put legs through them into soil, saves a lot time instead trying to stabilise them

grab some off cuts of ply tho, couple a kill clips an stick clips to board an use that as a floor to tunnel?

Stick pic up mate if can
