Good evening Gentlemen.

Could any of you who know our Jimmy and are in touch with him, let him know me and Helen are thinking of him and Nicola. He's been through the ringer with his family and I don't have his contact details. Had them here but they have disappeared. We just want to chat with him and see how he and Nicola are at present.

If anyone could message me a contact phone number for him, I'd be very grateful.

Thank you lads.

Simon/Pianoman.

Oops, I was a little late to this topic lads.

If you need Jimmy`s phone number ever again, I have it in my phone book.

We keep his number under capital W and capital T,  x  :laugh:

Thanks my man. Hope your well.

Funnily enough, thought about you the other day, applying for me ticket... only for a little 22lr like but was gonna ask what the Lincolnshire side of the FAO are like, but then on application I see on the site there not accepting any new applications during lockdown. My mrs gay mates boyfriends brother (honest) is a FAO as it happens, and has said it’ll be fine. His actual words were ‘Get a grip... the police have more things to worry about than a shooter with land, getting a another gun’. You do have your ticket don’t ya?! ? I’m sure ya do.

Anyway. Nice one Phil x

Yes I have my ticket matey, here in Humberside police region, the medical reporting has not been an issue but as you come under Lincolnshire, the rules are different. As far as I am aware, your cheif constable demands that every application has a full medical report from your doctor.........................................hope your doctor is helpful.  If I were you, I would go fac air as your entry as they will get through very easily, you could then apply for a .22lr later, your call but whichever route you take, ask for an open ticket as you cover a number of perms AND invited to shoot on a number of others plus the fact that have been shooting on these perms for ' x ' years.

Don't overlook fac Air rez as they are really capable and I use mine for around 75-80% of fac shooting. If you re going to buy a .22lr, take a close look at the Tikka and with the optional different angle grip and forend add-on units, you can completely change the feel of the gun, oh yes...........they shoot quite well too. ?
