A quick search reveals that they came with a limited edition of 1000 Commemorative Airsporters in 1982. Does anyone know if the slips were available only as part of the set or if they were available separately? To be honest while it looks good ,apart from the excellent padding it is really a bit of a triumph of style over substance. The dog leg design means the zip doesn't run very smoothly.
