Admittedly some of them have been killed and she has splogged out three times, and all three of them have died but there is no reason that an appeal couldn't be done by video link. From the governments angle, if they were to let her back into this country, they would be stuck with the problem of deporting her, but to where.? she might be in Syria BUT She ain't Syrian . No country would accept her as a stateless person. She was born and bred here so there ain't anywhere to go. It should be looked at as to who is picking up the legal bill to make these challenges. they are the ones that need a bit of a tuning up. And the family ought to be having an investigation as to their part in this sorry state of affairs. This is bigger than just her. Theres many others in the same position as her, and if she's allowed back here, it sets a precedent for the rest, and they aren't all young girls, many are battle hardened ISIS fighters. Im not sure about her being stateless; her husband is/was Dutch, and she has/ had dual nationality, British and Bangladeshi. Bangladesh has already said they don't want her, and if she did go there she would be tried on terrorism charges and hanged if found guilty. I guess she's banking on coming here, maybe a few month in prison, new identity, free housing and benefits for life being better than getting topped in some Bangladeshi shit hole. Leave her there. Cheers.

That's exactly what the underhand tactic was - get her over here and make it impossible to deport her. ...... of course she could have done the case by video link - she chose not to because she and her overpaid legal team knew full well that she'd be stuck in Syria when we told her to f**k off. Apparently she's got Bangladeshi heritage - they can have her
eastcoast 4,188
Whatever the circumstances of this young lass and the events behind how she ended up in the position that she is in, is this an example of how the UK is taking back control of our own affairs? They've said that they would hang her for terrorism if she went there. Life for females is cheap out there. She'd rather stay in a war zone.

Born Hunter 17,798
Yeah pretty sure she’s not stateless. That’d break some fairly respected international law, the ECHR I think. Don’t expect the Gov to revoke citizenship for someone with solely British citizenship. Best all round if the RAF and SFs flatten them while they are legitimate targets in the desert.

What about the actual Isis fighters who were "rescued" back to the U.K , saved from Hezbollah by the Israelis and in London 24 hours later.Like a magician- direct you're attention this way/ not over there. Daniel cain 46,031
Make your bed... Then you lie in it... Throwing away your burka and dressing like some council estate lass don't change the fact she's a terrorist.... With some luck her isis buddies will rub her out and save the UK a hefty bill
