Tbh mate I think you played a blinder there ??You got the exact x you wanted at a normal rate £ an ended up with a dog really easy on the eye if the dog works how you expect it to it’s a win win situation as you got your self in a position that if you wanted to keep a line going of straight collie an greyhound your in that position??Gotta love a racey bred collie x

Would be nice to see some collie greys doing the job, never been a fan but now I’ve got one I think I’d never be without one now, 3/4 grey 1/4 collie

Well, I've always been a fan,...I grew up around sheep herders and cattle dogs, so it was perhaps inevitable that I gel, with the pastoral hybrids.. Used, other tools for other jobs, mind you?,..

Sorry yes 1/8 bearded 1/8 boarder

very nice dog, and i lke that % of collie in a lurcher. my mate had that type x from Hancock , big 27 in  fawn dog , had foxes  rabbits in the lamp, and had few hares in the day, ye a good lurcher deff, if was after colliex grey it be that type dog i go for.But the last bit you said as good as pit x grey, no i dont think so, i had 1/4 pit x 3/4 grey from joe smith from Brum  in the 80s simlar time and, it was that bit better i thought, speed wise not alot in it and stamina, but bit more grit about it, which i liked, i think of the 1/4 breds  the pit x  take some beating in my mind, but that just me, they hard to find today , most lads breed 1xs or 3/8 pitsx today .!

You’ve asked me all this before mooch! The dogs no longer about mooch he was Bought in as a work bred f1 bedlington greyhound pup for work by a guy who actually gets off is ass an worked his dog so who exactly knows the breeding an that’s exactly what it done it was a decent dog this dog a few people in the beddy game know of the dog I used it belonged to one of the original admin of the working bedlingtons forum it wasn’t at open stud as the guys not in to breeding it wasn’t bummed up or talked about much it was just used regularly like I’ve told you before mooch I was searching for over a year for a beddy greyhound that was a good dog I was also a admin my self for a short time so getting a decent stud that was what it was mad out to be should of been easy wrong! I was willing to travel anywhere in the uk for a decent Bedlington greyhound f1 Out of 30 odd potential dogs none stood out as what I wanted to line my bitch to most of the people that were offering studs were shit talkers that wouldn’t show me the dog work or any proof of work all they wanted to show me was pictures of a dog stood there looking pretty or tell me what shows it had won or just tell me how great it was with silly stud fees I got put on to the dog I used by a beddy guy who gets on here from time to time who was also a original admin as well that I’ve always had a good laugh with. the dog I used was sat under my nose the whole time I went to see the stud owner an what the dog was about all claims were backed up the guy was no shit talker I got the proof I seeked the dog was a good un??sat here now remembering Daniel cain off here saying tbh poxon if it was me I’d see about seeing if you can get some semen straws from the dog if you rated him sat here now like a right tit thinking Daniel cain was right all along. Any way mooch I don’t want to argue with you about f1 beddy greyhounds I have a opinion on them  if you like Beddy blood an find a good one happy days use it don’t believe what you hear go on what you see an your not go wrong ??
