Mine are all 452 varients, changing the spring was pretty easy, has that changed on later models/are later models not better to start with?????? Quote Link to post

They are a better unit yes with easy adjustment for over travel, weight and sear adjustment. The weight on the lightest adjustment is just about agreeable for me. To get lighter the spring needs replacing and is in no way as easy as a 452 Deker. The unit would need a complete strip down and with none that look the correct size in my stock I didnt bother.....for now. Quote Link to post

Dervburner 2,549
I was wondering, what’s the general consensus on browning triggers? (The shiney gold ones)..... 3 Quote Link to post
Sausagedog 7,381
I went and checked the zero on the 457 hmr yesterday after some missing recently. Glad I did. It was off by over 2" high and left!. Funny thing is i am not aware of knocking the scope that bad so as to cause such a drift! Got it back to +1/2"@100. -3"@150 & -9"@200. I was pleased with its grouping just off sticks. When I got home I pulled a patch through the bore. Wet with condensation! Quote Link to post
philpot 5,035
The CZ rifles have gone up and up in price, decent enough but nothing special and now imported by The Sportsman Group, I would not want to deal with them. My pal had two Browning T-Bolts .22lr and .17 hmr but in all honesty they both had issues with the bolt and ejecting spent hulls but I just didn't like the feel of them in the shoulder. I bought a Tikka Tx1 and am very happy with that, very very slick bolt almost as quick as the Browning in my opinion and I also bought the steeper pistol grip to change from the standard along with a extra beever tail forend which really makes a big difference to the feel of the gun.
