Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Cheap,I have eaten far worse in times of need (but also far better).

I only went the once, Mack, about 15 years ago.

I found the food far too pricey for what it was.

Been to SEVERAL restaurants, pubs etc, that had better quality food, and more of it, for quite a lot less money.

Like I said I passed and decided to pop in,better than nowt,I like chicken livers and gizzards,I shall try and up my culinary game,might be going away if I do I can go exotic.

I do like a plate of chicken livers. There’s a West African bar near me, owned by a proper old school West African lady (the take no shit kind lol). When you go in, there’s no menu, you just ask for food. She makes the best plate of livers I’ve ever had. Served with homemade hot sauce, rice and an assortment of other authentic plates. Bloody lovely ;)
