Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Respect matey!! I wish I had you will power!!

Bushy it's actually very nice. Try 2 whole eggs and a tin of sardines in tomato sauce , 12 mins in airfryer and a perfect lovely tasting omelette.  I just like them with the curried mackerel.

Sorry mate I meant it as I'm envious of how you eat healthy! I lack alot of will power on that front. I eat lots of healthy food but let myself down by eating too much shite! I definitely try the omelette pal now we actually have an airfryer! Looks tasty mate!!

daily dose of Manuka honey is typically one heaping teaspoon (14g), which can support immune and digestive health, as well as overall well-being

Manuka Honey has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. But there is one important part for which Manuka Honey is so appreciated, it is NPA. Honey which contains a large amount of NPA, is not only useful, but also a therapeutic product.

Ahh right! Cheers for that.. I'll pick some up then. I do suffer from a bit of reflux too so that's a Brucey bonus if it helps with that. I've been having chopped up dates to sweeten my porridge up in the morning.. very moreish though if you have a sweet tooth. I could wipe a full packet out in one sitting! Lol..
