Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Spent many a night at the old La Dolce Vita nightclub in Newcastle back when even such luminaries as the Krays made there way up here to visit “our friends in the north”.

Halcyon days.

Thanks for the offer Mack.....im not mobile enough for that now........one of my contracts was to relay all the york stone slabs around the garden and redo all the sets....the sets were bought in from Portugal...we also waterproofed all the cellars running under the garden..............the cost was bloody eyewatering....the york stone slabs even then all them years ago were £200 quid each

Wifey bought one Rib Eye and one Rump. The Rump twice as thick as the Rib Eye made cooking a bit tricky.

Ploughman's from yesterday.

I remember Alex Higgins playing a few tournaments dressed similar to that, also Ken Doherty with the spats.

My first venture into Indian food was in Delhi, the city,I caught amoebic dysentery that trip.

Deli belly

My Indian mate goes back once a year and always gets it. His Bulgarian wife eats at the filthiest places when there and never suffers lol

They’re off back in a couple of weeks. Staying in Mumbai for a few days before traveling to Bangalore. She’s determined to go to that massive slum (forget the name) and try the street food  Even he’s like no no no with the side headshake lol
