Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Mack least you redeem yourself with your love of olives ,but that is the breakfast of someone that does yoga ,wears sliders and a dryrobe when eating that, in their 50's ,getting scared of dying, does the odd park run 5k ,calls people dude ,possibly on oat milk

Ha'way Walt man,I ain't got sliders or a dryrobe, don't call people dude,we all have to die it's part of life and only a puff can't run 5k (once your cardio goes your f****d),the rest is probably accurate though, that breakfast looks worth waking up for,it's an ideal start to the day.

My normal/average breakfast nowadays.

How very dare you ?

Mackem is the last of a long line of adventurers, a worthy successor to Lawrence, Indiana Jones, Crocodile Dundee, a veritable Bond !

Equally at home sipping a ‘sling in Raffles or trudging the North West  Passage !
Dining on mutton curry with the Afghans or savouring a chateaubriand with a gnome of Zurich, he is equally at home !

Shame he’s from Sunderland though …….

Cheers.
