Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

We worked on a house near Coventry years ago owned by an American lady, who was a quiet private sort of person, but she surprised us all with a large bowl of her own pumpkin pie and whipped cream. It was delicious!!!

Well done President Trump!!!

Pheasant ,  chorizo , and cheese,  sausage rolls.

Breast meat from half a dozen pheasants, two horseshoes of spicy chorizo , a big onion , salt and pepper. Chop them up,  and mince them all together.

Wrap a piece of mature cheddar with the mince , then wrap it in flakey pastry,  and chuck them in the oven.

I must say , they taste great , and theirs enough mince left over , to make burgers rolled in kibbled onion. They're proper blokes sausage rolls , as thick as your wrist , stuffed with meat and cheese , and cooked until you can taste the pastry.

That's not burn , that's flavour 😄.

It's taken me feckin years to train her to cook things how I like them 😋

Ditchie would use his little todger to bodge the holes in the pastry , then I'd have mini sausage rolls 😁

That's how he lost his doughnut making job at Co op yknow 😁
