Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

i live in east anglia and dont have acess to proper norther black pud......but i tried this today...and i believe it was the best ive tasted in 20 odd years....its not overloaded with herbs and spices...

and worked very well with toms on toast with Lee&perrins and white pepper

you know how some black pudding comes back and talks to you the rest of the day !!

this stuff dosnt....the makers have really nailed it on taste..nice lumps of fat in it as well
