For a while now , I've been meaning to cut some well seasoned oak , to the size of kindling , then just get the kindling burning in my bbq, until I've got a good bed of embers , then cook on top of them. Got four of them soaking in some olive oil and a mix of creole seasoning, garlic and powder onion powder ... Now how imma cook these ..... Lol, not quite, Mack, but a bit of an unrestful night with our youngest, last night, so I'm feeling a tad upside down this morning.
