Mullet are a superb eating fish, especially if from the open sea….slight oiliness about them but firm white flesh….…….just tricky to catch….

i like KFC the trouble is being out in da boondocks there aint no KFC shops...so i get my bits from ye ole co-op and to be fair the southern fried chicken off the chiller shelf is spot on
