I've come to the conclusion that British steak isn't often good. I had 3 separate steaks in different restaurants inTenerife and all were melt in the mouth. You would have to eat in a lot of British restaurants to get 3 good ones on the trot. 

Fillet steak 22 euros and Amstel 2 euro a pint. That would be £40 in Britain....the Amstel is brewed up the road and we are surrounded in lush grass for cows. Something wrong somewhere

There are decent restaurants all along that stretch..... you won't have to search to far. We were at the other end of that area at cristianos. You can walk from adeje through Americas to cristianos and there restaurants everywhere

and they aint too bad....quick meal ..no faff ..nice and tasty
