Diced pheasant breast, fresh rabbit kidneys and wild garlic kebabs on a skewer, cooked out in the field, half way through a days ferretting .....now thats the business I don't blame her . One of my favourite breakfasts is rabbit liver and kidneys on brown toast , after an early start with the rifle. I've been a big fan of wild garlic for about six years now. I absolutely love it in a salad.
