pork belly has got to be the tastiest of all pork cuts.....imlacking teef so i casseroel mine..........you just mention the words BELLY PORK to some young people today and they go green and retch....

look at that plate and all the lovely vedge mash and gravy and strips of pork....loverly

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Mrs very often does a belly pork stew in the slow cooker.

Absolutely brilliant.

Low and slow is the way to go when it ones to pork belly I like to buy a big slab bones and all then bone it out and season the ribs cook and eat while you wait for the belly to do
