When I was in the UK I was in the gym 4-5 times a week on the treadmill and rowing machine just to keep the cardio up,20km a day is easy at the moment as it’s T-shirt and shorts weather every day,once winter comes with -20’s and -30’s there ain’t a cat in hells chance. 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
