Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Poached eggs done in my opinion the proper way in poacher,  crumpets butter marmite and eggs on top when the yolk goes into the marmite complete madness lol….

Been over here 3 months and haven’t been in a gym in that time so healthy eating and trying to do 20 kilometres a day,did have some cookies with a cup of tea last week though.

20 km a day is good going! Similar story here.. ankle still not right yet.. no biking, no running and stuff getting in the way of getting to the gym.. I'm flying down hill at a rapid rate of knots!

When I was in the UK I was in the gym 4-5 times a week on the treadmill and rowing machine just to keep the cardio up,20km a day is easy at the moment as it’s T-shirt and shorts weather every day, once winter comes with -20’s and -30’s there ain’t a cat in hells chance.
