Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

You'd never put jam on before butter on toast... the cream is like butter (only at last an inch thick) and the jam is well...jam..a topping ffs!! 

Arry, your the most Devon man I know...to say I'm surprised is an understatement ?

I find if you have good think home made jam and you put think layer of cream on you have a devil of a job to spread the jam.

Well I'm happy to eat them the other way around mind. Lol they taste the same.
