Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Chicken breast stuffed with garlic and parsley butter, rapped in prosciutto and covered in panko breadcrumbs, new spuds, carrots, broccoli and a quick shallot, white wine and cream sauce because it was all looking a bit dry ?

I know what you mean mate - that food looks nice enough but, my guts were wrecked after eating out for 2 weeks when I was away training.

Does my head in I've done the menu about half a dozen times except for the vegetarian shit

We stayed in a hotel that had a Beefeater attached - it was ok for the first couple of days but I had to get out and have something different eventually.

Had my mam and the mother-in-law around today for a lovely bit of brisket, plated the father-in-law one up, because he doesn’t do family sh*t, he’s got some life that that bloke, birthdays, Christmas, weddings, he just says no, I’m sometimes envious of him
