Try to put as much veg as I can in, Purple Sprouting (put in close to the end)is coming at the moment in the garden and a leek always goes well with Chicken mate. Another thing is Chicken stock goes in which I save in the freeze in Chinese takeaway containers, I aways boil up the Chicken carcass after a roast. Morrisons had quite a few today, but I usually buy mine from a grocers as they are better and ripe. They will have Isle of Wight tomato's soon and they are brilliant.
