They're made with flour, cottage cheese, cardamom and rose water, among other things, then deep fried and put in sugar syrup. ......... They're not as sweet as you might think. Trouble is with boiled egg is how fresh they are a freshly laid egg 5 minutes and super market eggs 2.5 minutes. Put in cold water and bring to the boil from moment timing from the minute the water starts to boil 2.5 minutes for average eggs. IMO. If I get fresh eggs Fromm my mates small holding I poach them as they hold together lovely in the water. if old egg get white shit all breaking up in the water.
