I guess it’s not fir some but the truth is it’s prob the tastiest part of the animal  and you can look it in the eye  and discuss it  lol  going to make a hot chilli dip to cater for the crackling lovers

Another cheesecake;

This time the base is crushed dark chocolate digestives, and the topping is peppermint maltesers.

I'm not sure I'd try cooking that but, I did see pig face bacon on one of those yank cooking shows - it did look nice when they sliced it up.

Pigs head brawn used to be a feature on the bar in a few pubs times ago along with roast taters seafood

It was only a tooth picker we had fish n chips a gherkin and an Oi oi
