Gathered everything out of the fridge and wacked it all in a stew. The base of the stew was chicken stock and Chinese flavours (oyster & fish sauce, shaoxing wine, rice vinegar, bit of five spice etc), boneless chicken thighs, chickpeas (I know lol) some veggies from Sunday and boiled rice. In fairness it was fooking lovely I also made some rice pud, with cinnamon, nutmeg, honey. Ran out of milk and the only place that sells decent (ahem) milk here is shut, so had to do it with water.
