Added to that a pack of mince, fried it all off together. Put it in a Pyrex dish. Whisked up 6 fresh eggs with about 100ml double cream, add 50g grated cheese and stir in. Mix this into Pyrex dish. How about cooking a giant burger first then adding into to the layers, maybe bread is hardest to substitute, but later of tomatoes, layer of cheese later of onion or relish .....
