Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

My daughter bought some oxtail from the local slaughter house cost more than steak, but the Jamaicans are queuing out the door for it on Saturday mornings he does goat meat and all the other stuff they want like cows feet etc I grew up in Bristol my neibours were Jamaican and used to do the jerk chicken in the open fire also had rice  and things one of the best Jamaican chefs in the country not far away so grew up on his curry goat

I aint just saying it but Ive tried curry goat at at least 10 carribean restaurants in London and not one has been a touch on my missus's curry goat.Proper jerk chicken has to be done on an open fire to be bang on.We usually travel up to south London once a fortnight to pick up all her meat and she then spends a couple of hours washing and seasoning it all.We have to go up to London from Kent to get decent oxtail and goat as down here it's a all proper ropey looking as the Africans that have all started moving down here will buy any old shit as long as it's cheap
