Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

What do you use for the layers in the curry one? Lasagne sheets?

I've made it a few different ways now but it's easiest just getting one of the kits that comes with it's own wraps and rather than mess around rolling them up or frying as quesadila etc just chuck em in as lasagne.

Let the missus do it once and she used the square lasagne dish with the round wraps 🤣

I made a full English lasagne once too.

Her good self says.

Just make it like a normal lasagne , with white sauce and pasta sheets , but cook the mince , and add a jar of pataks madras ( or whatever flavour you like) to the mince. Then layer up as normal.

Don't forget a good layer of grated extra mature cheddar on top.

It's f***ing delicious 😋
