Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Do you think wagyu is closer to bone marrow than steak?

No mate,wagyu is nowt like bone marrow,bone marrow I normally mix with mashed potato,today I mixed it with creamed spinach,very savoury.Wagyu is just a soft melt in the mouth steak.

I could do with a bit of that at this precise moment with my cup of tea.I thought of you yesterday,or rather your pies,I saw some that were around £15 each and I remembered your prices,I also saw a small bunch of grapes for £75,lol.
