Into the pie dish with onion, green peppers, brown mushrooms, black pudding and garlic;

Egg-wash pastry and into the oven;

Served with boiled new potatoes and green beans;

Fucks sake....I don't know how many times I've got to say ...but its not a pie...without pastry all round...it won't do
