Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

About to be working on some lunch baked boudin, boiled shrimp, and got a pile of catfish fillets....think I'll blacken some and fry the rest....maybe sautee some green beans too ..idk yet... But I got 45 min sooo..

Steak, rolled in seasoned olive oil baked potato, eggs.....

Don't know about Britain but lidl steaks are excellent here, look at the marble in these. Top notch. And when wifey doesn't like the steak fat or crispy potato skin ya get two portions of best bits!!!

leave any steak from lidl asda etc in fridge few week and tell me that is a cut of meat and  not a load a shit stuck together

i use to get it but they turn to like jelly not off or smell bad or out but just fall

Not glamorous lol but yesterday I bought some oats and made myself porridge this morning. Bloody lovely and took me back to being a boy. A hot breakfast before primary school with a bit of jam :laugh:

Have porridge for breakfast very regularly in our house.
