Looks good though. Give it a try mate I love it. Quite a few pubs serve up Bubble and Squeak with two fried eggs on top with sausage or ham. The Bubble and Squeak is usually mash with some cabbage in it fried so not much difference. As a child Saturday lunch for us as a family was a fry up with mashed potatoes and yes it did include a fried egg!...then my brother and i started playing rugby on a Saturday so it changed to a fry up at brunch time, so the food had time to settle before playing rugby! 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
