Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

She sent me home with some leftover curry goat she had in the fridge and some breaded prawns with chilli and onions she had left so that's ended up on the plate with the oxtail and rice n peas.Thats left me with enough oxtail and rice for another feed tomorrow.

The salmon was fantastic,sadly finished now till this 2025 salmon run.The pork was stuffed with lemon grass,the crackling test apparently is it tings when tapped with a knife blade.

That sounds about right for the crackling mack. It all looks so tasty mate😋

Just a fried rice precooked rice and kept in fridge today's was bacon mushrooms peas and egg , yesterday's had loads of duck , I've still got half a duck which will go in pittas with garlic sour cream tomorrow.
