There's a Colombian place I sometimes go to,always on the menu as well.I love fried bananas and banana pancakes with ice-cream.

As a sweet yeah no worries but that grilled green plantain as part of a main dish is just wrong  

In fairness I’ll eat almost anything, not really fussy but outright refuse to eat plantain. They do plantain crisps here, loads of flavours and every one of them tastes like a cardboard box

I have had them,not as nice as banana chips which are quite sweet.
