I just use one full tin for a normal size pie, I’ve found that the cheaper tins work better because they don’t have a much jelly in them and I keep them in the fridge because it keeps the fat hard so when you mix it it doesn’t all melt straight away which keeps the mixture a bit stiffer 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
