It was successful, my lad made the dumplings I cooked last night used the Knorr beef jelly things , 1.5kg of shin, some Worcester sauce and balsamic, red wine and all the above fired it back in the oven today for another 2 hours then with dumplings for last 35mins , should have some left for tomorrow's lunch. 1 1 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
