Just been to a Lobster shack,met a Filipino whose dad breeds and sells game fowl for fighting back in the PI for over £1000 quid equivalent,food was good,clam chowder and lobster exceptional,good evening.

Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Mackem ....that looks like the best looking chow you have put up.....how was the chowder...looked a bit thin...

Now thats a bit of me, reminds me of when we went a sea food shack in clearwater. My mouths watering lol

i was working for McAuther fms...they supplied nearly all the milk for florida from their Bragus herds

i was on the enjineering arm...we were reclaiming part of the northern everglades (ockechobee lake fed)...the lake over the years had dropped nearly 14 feet....

i saw the first space shuttle go up with a few mates....

many years ago ......time goes so quick
