Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

You posh f*cker.

I may be idling in a cuisine colonial backwater but I have found olive heaven in a local Deli.

Jesus wept . That's expensive.

My lad makes pickled onions and pickled eggs with peppers . They're spot on as well .

I nearly did myself when I saw them in the store,I even did a gleeful little olive "dance" and high-fived my lady.

Well well. Down the pub the other day and someone mentioned the farm shop, who had lovely bags of onions and shallots. Got a bag of the latter. The results will be known over the festive period. It could not be easier to do. Jok.

Mel b and Waltjnr. The net of onions cost £6.50. The vinegar £4.00. Time involved in preparation 2 hours. End result approximately 25 jars (typical Branson pickle size jars) which fetch about £3.50 per jar. Work it out. Jok.
