Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Yep, been rained off, I’ll have to have a dig through the fridge, see what I’m going to cook this afternoon

Well guys I have to admit this is one of the best I’ve made. Next door neighbour came round for a slice and reckons it’s the best. I’m chuffed to bits with it. I altered the glaze by mixing ‘chili purée ‘ with the tomato and Worcestershire sauce. The venison tastes sublime when mixed with grated carrot, grated onion, smashed garlic and very finely sliced button mushrooms.  What a dish. Jok
