Well guys I have to admit this is one of the best I’ve made. Next door neighbour came round for a slice and reckons it’s the best. I’m chuffed to bits with it. I altered the glaze by mixing ‘chili purée ‘ with the tomato and Worcestershire sauce. The venison tastes sublime when mixed with grated carrot, grated onion, smashed garlic and very finely sliced button mushrooms.  What a dish. Jok

Chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto, with thyme and garlic, hasselback potatoes, mushroom sauce and a bit of veg, lovely
