I watched Rick Stein make them the other night and thought that looks easy lol. Well not as neat as his but not bad. Full of whipped double cream and real chocolate on to. Wifey is out at a pub for Sunday lunch with one of her girl friends. So Pasties in the oven for me, see how they turn out. Just got to clean the kitchen looks like I had an explosion.
