Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

it will be super easy for you to do ...and being done on smokey wood coals outside yer cabin ...the taste will be really authentic...:good:

For a while now , I've been meaning to cut some well seasoned oak , to the size of kindling , then just get the kindling burning in my bbq, until I've got a good bed of embers , then cook on top of them.  Your kebabs might be the ideal thing to try first. I might even warm/burn a garlic naan on there , and fill it with the meat and veg.

I'm hungry now 😁.

Jack ass over ordered groceries so cooking some of these pork back straps to makes some room in the up right freezer. Got four of them soaking in some olive oil and a mix of creole seasoning, garlic and powder onion powder  ... Now how imma cook these ..... I have no clue.. might sear and back two cut the other two up I to medallions bread them then fry them ?....idk

Little snack a bit earlier.

Yep, there's marmite on those crumpets.  🙂

Don't know why that pic is upside down.

I'm hoping Gooey will have a theory that may help?!  🙂

Cut up and fried half, end up working like lil pork chips or something. Eveyone loved them....the pile with 3x this size but people kept waking by grabbing one or two ect 

now that looks nice...was ita made up coating or out of the packet coating......

Lol, not quite, Mack, but a bit of an unrestful night with our youngest, last night, so I'm feeling a tad upside down this morning.

He started nursery school on Thursday, and some kid bit his hand so hard he had to have an ice pack on it and it left tooth marks that are still visible this morning, and he woke up a couple of times upset about it.

Those are real nice chopped into chunks inside pitta bread with mixed salad and humus and cheese
