Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

super easy......do the chicken in big chunks (then it dont dry out)....use demerara sugar if you havnt molassis sugar...plenty of oil and tandorri powder...soak overnight......dont forget (like what i did the bloody fresh limes aahhhhgggg).......

mel they were excellent...im about to have the third one for late tea........you could do them in your hunting /camping wood...over a very slow lazy charcoaled fire.......they would be superb matey

Im not a marmalade fan, but I do love limes and lime juice. I might just give that a go, it looks lovely.

Wish I didn’t have a child’s palette, 12 woodies in the freezer , all for the ferrets … the only wild meat I can eat is rabbit
