Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

i had a dozen oysters once......only 11 of them worked...

simple fresh chilli......cooked yesterday eaten today...loads of fresh chilli...half tin of toms...half an onion...spoonful of cranberry sauce (which is bitter sweet)...and a vedge stock cube.....

Sad times eh?I am going to be eating trail mix and granola bars soon (though I do know a restaurant in Chamonix that serves fresh lobster and oysters)so trying to wean myself off nice food,fasting for the rest of the day.

I don’t think I can take a chef with me,and my lady is worried,but I will struggle manfully on ‘Arry I won’t complain.
