I used a cake tin that the bottom come out thinking I would be smart to release it but it started to leak out the bottom lol. Managed to rescue it though. Roughly: Pack of streaky bacon grilled then cut up. 6oz/8oz 4.5oz cheese. grated. Some Onion rings fried off. Some Tomato sliced in the Quiche + slices for topping 4 eggs approx 250ml /200ml milk. I made the pastry but next time will buy ready to use. 8 inch fairly deep tin. Blind bake the pastry with baking clay bead things for 25 min on parchment then 5mins without clay bean things 170c fan Spread Onions on the inside the some Tomato slices then grated Cheese . Sprinkle pieces of the cooked Streaky, more Cheese, more Streaky till full. Then mix Eggs and Milk with some black pepper pore in on top, Few slices of Tomato the bake for about 40 mins (or until when you put a knife in the centre it come out clean) at 140c fan.
