Misses been out all day and I’ve been stuck in due to the rain couple of little walks with the dogs but got a little bored so put my chefs hat on and done salt and chilly pork belly crushed jersey royals with black pepper garlic salt and melted cheese plus a nice side salad well chuffed

chili-con-carni....for a change.....added a lot of grated celery and carrot to it....and shed loads of chili flakes...let it mature overnite and had it just now.......bloody superb ...if i say so myself

Well Friday is Steak night so Wifey had put up with a BBQ'ed Rib Eye. First of my own Lettuce and last of my stored onions.

Home made Fish Cakes my take on Thai Fish Cakes cod, Salmon and prawn with Piri Piri sauce. Big buggers they were Lol.

The Wife would not touch the the Piri Piri so her just cod and salmon.
