Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

tomorrow im doing good old 1960's farm worker food...if it turns out alright i will post it up

doing the belly pork as we speak.....put in some cider vinegar.....that really did the trick...it tasts a bit tangy and appley now....i shall leave it now to bubble away ..then heat it up for a hour tomorrow....remove from the pot and thicken the sauce up with some cornflower...jobs a gooden

anyway thats the plan

I will have to pay in instalments old chap, financially embarrassed at the moment sadly, but they sound tasty as can be, I would have wolfed them down.

Honestly mate I was nearly physically sick had to spit the last 1 out, theres a jar of the b@stard things left

country boy nosh.................the gravy was devine...have some left over that will go on a Pukka pie an'chips tomorrow...happy days:yahoo:
