The sort of stuff that would, if eaten every day, vastly improve the health of this nation. Now, don't get me wrong, I love all sorts of food, healthy, home grown, raw, junk, fresh, fried, processed......all of it! But, I wonder what most kids are being fed on these days? Are those of you who are parents, teaching your kids by example what to eat and how to grow/source and cook it? I fear that a lot of kids, well even those in their 20s and 30s, who are now raising the next generation, have lost that ability to nourish themselves and their kids. Baby formula from birth, then processed food from jars/pouches, followed by ready meals and takeaways? Any thoughts? I’m mid 30’s with two kids 9 and 4. We tend to have roast dinner every week. Then scratch make bolognese, pasta bakes. Shepherds pies etc. Saturday night is normally the eat what you like kind of day. Kids obviously want chicken nuggets . My youngest would happily eat broccoli for breakfast dinner and tea 7 days a week

You don't eat pork? Understably in some of the countries you go to, with rats running over your feet, and you obviously walking bare footed, on the ground those rats are pissing on every 15 seconds. BUT, british pork, with all it's health and safety, you won't eat? Bizarre.
