Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Anchovy’s are a tiny fish that you don’t need to bone out as it all just goes soft you use them as an alternative to salt basically and like salt they enhance the flavours in your grub

Well guys. I’m having a go at a venison dish inside a suet pastry. Got a bottle of Porter and am going to give it a go. Got this memory of both Gran and Mum steaming suet puddings so willing. Thing is, the lovely one bought us an M & S dinner based on beef which triggered my thoughts. Will see. Jok.
