Rabbit Pie ! And, for the purists, made with shortcrust pastry, NOT puff pastry ! ? ! Cheers.

Family get together at ours, so a bit of a spread.. 13 hour cooked brisket, slow cooked pork shoulder.. Home made coleslaw, stuffing, roasties... and a 2 day hangover! Lol

Treat off my dad tonight, he's a friend on the fresh fish stall up town... Scallops and lemon sole fillets...

Howd you make the doner meat?

Minced lamb eggs and spices shaped like a loaf wrapped in foil and stuck in the slow cooker for 5 hours place some balls of foil in the bottom to keep it elevated and allow the heat to circulate

Bought so marrow bone and made some Beef stock. Cottage Pie tonight will use some to make gravy and add to the mince.

Looks a bit skanky lol but tastes good and rich.

Cheers Arry

Very nice stuff that. I made some bone broth, then the dogs had the bones for a few months and then I made these tools out of them called bone folders.

Short rib of beef braised in red wine and mushrooms, with added fried mushrooms and lardons. Took the bones out before serving. I might make the wife earrings out of them😉

The beef was really tender and full flavour. We got it from a Gordon Ramsey recipe on youtube.
