No problem detecting wet sand its more like fine gravel on Beesands. Not much good and bloody hot, Pound coin, bullet casing, some fishing weights and lots of aluminium nuggets. Years ago there was a caravan park on the green above the beach, reckon the Aluminium is from burning some old vans when it packed up. I just cant sit in the sun need the detector or a rod. lol.
